With a resolution of only 0,12µm along the z-axis and a measurement range of ±1,5mm the KF-30 - 3D-Surface Scanner guarantees very precise measurement. The resolution of the x-axis is three-step adjustable (5, 10 and 20µm) and the resolution of the y-axis is four-step adjustable (5, 10, 20 and 40µm).

Various settings of the included software-package ensure a proper handling of almost all surface-materials.

The testing-surface is visualized by a camera. You can mark the testing-area of the surface with your mouse. The KF-30 -3D-Surface Scanner offers furthermore the possibility to measure automatically up to 8 surfaces sequentially. The surface-data is recorded after each measurement in a VIFF-file for further analysis.

The software plots the analysis results dynamically in a three-dimensional surface. The integrated analysis function calculates for example the volume, the minimum, maximum and average value, the standard deviation and percentiles of the surface.

If required a four-step median filter can be applied to the surface. It is also possible to adjust the transparancy and the illumination of the surface.
